Yes, we provide water softening equipment and ongoing system maintenance.
Every espresso machine manufacturer’s warranty specifically excludes hard water-related repairs.
Because Indiana has extremely hard water, a reliable and functioning water softening system is crucial to your machine’s long-term viability. Unlike other service providers, we handle water softening issues ourselves, we do not farm it out to a 3rd party.

Are you authorized for resale and service?
Espresso Enterprises is an authorized reseller and service facility for over ten commercial espresso machine manufacturers.
Each of our techs has been trained by multiple manufacturers and we have received factory training from 11 different manufacturers. We can repair nearly all commercial espresso machines regardless of make or model.
If we can get parts for it, we can repair it. We travel the entire state of Indiana and parts of Illinois, Kentucky, and Ohio to perform repairs.
Do you offer a warranty on equipment sales?
Absolutely. When we sell a machine, it includes the manufacturer’s recommended first-year preventative maintenance services.
Pro tip: When buying a new espresso machine or grinder, ensure the price includes a full one-year parts and labor warranty. Many retailers will offer a seemingly low sales price on a machine that only includes a parts warranty, which means you could be stuck paying for all travel and labor related costs incurred to diagnose and repair your machine.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We’re in the business — we understand the importance of cash flow. Therefore, we offer in-house financing for sales over $2000. We’d like to be your long-term business partner.

Yes! We lease most new and used equipment.
- In-house leasing means you know with whom you’re working.
- Quick lease approval process.
- Leases include all normal maintenance (parts and labor). You get a full warranty for the entire lease term – regardless if its new or used equipment.
- Leases include requisite water softener/filter changes.
- Installation costs are incorporated into the lease.
